Is this Publix rumored to be a freestanding store, or an anchor for a retail center component of Prince Creek?

Ditto the Trader Joe's, but I wouldn't count on it.
I'm pretty sure there is going to be a Publix around Gander Mountain in the Carolina Forest area.

Publix #1510, Forest Square, should be in the construction process.

I wonder if Publix may consider a store at Farrow Commons. I was surprised Bi-Lo considered constructing a new store there, which plans have been scrapped.

Publix at Surfside Beach Commons, 1610 Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, South Carolina 29575-6037, should be announced when Bi-Lo #5104 ends its lease.

Is the probable Prince Creek store 45,600 to 49,098 square feet in size with a pharmacy drive through?

Oh, OK. I kinda thought the spot, while large, was not large enough for a store and parking lot. So I guess it will be right across the street from Lowes Foods.

I don't know why the Inlet Mall is not considered for where some of these "new" stores will go it? It is there, needs help and is a perfect location.

Wait til the Walmart Food store goes in where the warehouse SBB use to be. The traffic is bad enough there waiting for the light at the end of tournament blvd. I know they're adding a lane, but it still will mess traffic up. But i guess it's better than that darn eyesore.

I don't know for sure....I didn't see the email that was sent out to us Prince Creek residents. It would be kind of silly to add another drug store directly across the street from CVS. But, that's seems to be the MO of these drug & grocery stores.

Near us in NJ and FL there are relatively new Walgreens and CVS drug store across the street from each other. Also there are Lowes Hardware and Home Depot's within spitting distance. Another example of an assult on my sense of logic.......
