Love the Y. I go to the former Livn' nside Out facility and it rocks. My kids use the Golden Strip facility. Looking forward to trying out the Express facility. Wonder how much more it will add to membership fee?

Verdae YMCA to open in November (GSA Business)

The Verdae Y hours will be 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays; and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

The Y will open with a tour and ribbon cutting Nov. 1 at 2:30 p.m., followed by an open house from 4 to 7 p.m.
