i wish i still lived there, someone should run out and take some pics of the area of davie rd north of orange/griffin and capture some of that SW style they put on their main strip

I live in Davie and its definitely NOT the same as it was 10/20 years ago. I'll try and take some pics and post them. I hate to be the one to dispute all these gorgeous photos, but S. Fla is dirty, and i cant wait to move in September! Its not what it used to be, just full of rude people in the middle of rush hour- called life. Everyone is out for themself, and traveling outside of the state is quite refreshing to say the least.
But none the less, the photography is gorgeous. I definitely have some good ones to add, just need to find them. To anyone moving here, welcome and good luck.

Here is a photo of a family of Egyptian geese from my neighborhood. The mother is seen here looking out for her babies. The father is nearby. Every year she comes back and has babies in the same place. They walk around our lakes and squack about....bickering just like a married couple.
