I will not make it for us, but I would normally make Christmas Crack….saltines, caramel, and chocolate. Simple and delish.

I will make us a small mince pie.

I make a ton of the pecan snowballs rolled in powdered sugar. They are time consuming as each sheet is 20 minutes at 325, I always have another sheet ready to put it, it helps a little. I grind my pecans to a meal. Of course i can't do all of them xmas eve so I think I will start and freeze some and take out over the weekend.

I's also making choco-caramel, layer squares, family doesn't know, they nixed me making fudge.

A scooper with release will make this much easier.

My husband loves these, so I made a deal with him. I make the dough, he forms and bakes them and adds the sugar.
