I agree but if you watch LLN channel it's usually the two demographics I mentioned. Especially in California. They race a lot out there except it's usually not high performance cars lol. It's like v6 Mustang vs V6 Charger.

Here in SWFL it's a bit differnt. I75 is only 3 lane. Miami or somewhere with wide highways it's different but the two left lanes here are ALWAYS clogged even when there is little traffic.

A six lane highway, i.e. 3 lanes each side is ample most times as long as drivers do not camp out in the left lane, and stay there! if you're in the center lane, over take the the car in the right lane or get behind them and stay there unless you wish to pass again - pretty easy flow, but it's a nightmare if every damn car is camping out in the left AND center lane all the way down the interstate - MOVE to the right! gotta pass? then do it safely then move to the right again. Even in moderately heavy traffic there is no reason to be permanently in the left lane - notwithstanding driving in places like ATL, Houston, Miami, LA, NY etc etc during rush hour - yes, rush hour is a vastly different matter, but during normal interstate/through traffic there is no excuse - such as traveling from Sarasota to Tampa or Sarasota to Naples at 1030a on a Tuesday lol

Ever notice that most super speeders on the interstates have very dark tinted windows?

Most of the slow driver I see appear to be 80+. I hope I live long enough to be one of them some day.

Do they have to get tested annually....eyes, & a driving test? If not they should. Or maybe after being in an accident they caused, triggers a test.

And they challenge the police, who’s hands have been tied lately.

To all the posters screaming “I never see cops, where are they?”, well - where was any American when they were completely vilified by the hard left and media last year (and this year, too)? And we wonder why they’re being reactive instead of proactive.

Pure BS. Fox News told you they were being vilified. In the real world, this is fake news for the most part.

I just want people in the lanes with left turning lights to STAY OFF THE PHONE so they can GO when the light turns green. Some of these left turning lights only stay green long enough to left 3-4 cars go through anyway.

I guess you either haven’t been paying attention to what’s coming out of the hard left wing politicians’ mouths, or we disagree on the definition of “vilification”.

Look at all of the education legislation passed in state capitals during the late 2000s and 2010s (i.e. Chris Christie in NJ, Scott Walker in WI, Rick Scott in FL, etc.) as well as the center-with-a-slight-lean-to-the-right Obama education department to deal with the issue of a small assortment of "bad teachers."

What's wrong with the left asking to do the same about the small assortment of "bad cops" and/or bad practices this decade?

That would be fine and great, but that's not what they are engaging in. Any effort to dismantle the structure of policing as a necessary/integral component of civilized society and demonizing them universally is not the same as dealing with a small "assortment of bad cops". Demonizing police writ large is not dealing effectively with the relative small failures of the profession. Failures should not be overlooked or go unpunished. The answer is not anarchy and lawlessness or resignation or capitulating to criminals
