All meat is being maintained at 41°F or below and is being moved to walkin cooler. Repair company is on way for repair as per cook. Keep walkin freezer empty until it s able to ain't akin food in hard frozen state or at 41°F r elbow for standard cold holding. Current ambient temperature is 45°F in walkin freezer.
