In the interest of keeping this thread active, I'll give you the answer and ask a different question.

Edness K. Wilkins State Park, six miles east of Casper (pop. 49,644), is the only Wyoming state park named in honor of a woman. Wilkins was born in Casper in 1896 and served as a Democratic representative from Natrona County almost continuously for 25 years, from 1954 to 1980. She also helped to preserve South Pass City, a mining community from the late 1860s

New question:

The state’s first school was established at Fort Laramie (pop. 243) in 1852 by post chaplain William Vaux, who was assisted by his daughter, Victoria.

The state’s second school was opened where, by who, when, and who was the teacher.?
2 out of 4 will get it.

I can't believe there's not even a guess. Here's the answer:

The state’s second school was opened at Fort Bridger (pop. 400) in 1860 by Judge William Carter, with Miss Fannie Foot as the teacher.

I'll have to research a new question. Be back in a few.

Let's try this one.

Wyoming became the last state in the nation to do what, in July of 1988?

I'm back...
If the state didn't have a 21-age drinking law in place by July 1988, the government threatened to cut $8.2 million from the state's share of federal highway funds immediately. The feds would continue to withhold the money until the state changed the drinking age.
In 1988 Wyoming did not enjoy a fat stream of income.
So Wyoming became the last state to raise its minimum drinking age to 21.
Gov. Mike Sullivan signed into law a bill raising the age from 19 effective July 1, 1988.

I will be out of town for a couple of days.. Heading to Riverton for a poker run.

I believe my answer is right, so I will ask my next question....

What was the first movie with sound that was filmed in Wyoming? Who had his first leading role in this movie? Why was the movie not a success?

The first movie with sound was "The Big Trail", staring John Wayne. Believed to be the first time Mr Wayne rode a horse. The film contributed to Fox Film Corporation filing bankruptcy. It was shot on larger film which required movie theaters to invest in special equipment to show it. Few were willing to do that. The film was shot on the Snake River and in a town that was built by the movie company called Moran. When they finished the movie, Moran remained.

I'll go ahead and ask the next one.

I can't remember, but this may have been asked already.

How did Ten Sleep get it's name?

TenSleep was an American Indian rest stop, so called because it was 10 days travel, or "10 sleeps" from Fort Laramie to Yellowstone National Park and the Indian Agency on the Stillwater River in Montana...
