Maybe...
However, it is entirely possible that this amount of money would buy only a studio apartment in that neighborhood. It's amazing how people who are not familiar with the NYC Metro area are so out-of-touch with the real estate prices in this area.
In 2015, when I was still with my previous employer, I used to walk at lunchtime with a friend. 50 West Street was under construction. I looked it up. At that time, the 1 BRs went for 1.6 million. I think you could get the 4 BR penthouse for 6 mil.

Someone's work-related woes:

To put is blunt, this rep is the shining star of the department. Everyone loves her goes to her for advice questions. She is super outgoing and pleasant with everyone does the company happy hours, picnic etc.
To contrast, I'm not that popular or outgoing. People think I'm smart and ask me to do the dirty work...

Hmmm...perhaps those people are wrong.

But the biggest majority of the kid now of days would rather tell u where to go than to listen to ny of ur advice.

I feel there is a larger amount of kids that really could care l'ess, than there r those that just might care. I truly believe that once a parent lost their RIGHT To DESCIPLINE their children That Kids HAVE Lost ALL respect FOR everyone, including themself.

Anyone know what days Aldi's get's their produce shipment's?

Thats funny cuz their isnt 31 day in june

It's home is on hwy 91.

First of all the sheepshead eat zebra muscles

its just our area

Its actually a hefty fine

they feel its ok

The issue here is its Littering

its every where

It should start being inforced.

And it's a pretty darn upscale neighborhood--lower Broadway in Manhattan, just south of Wall Street. If you've got $1.5 million, you MIGHT be able to pick up a one-bedroom apartment nearby.
You'd have to pay me $1.5 million to live in a big city downtown.

I sleep at night with my bedroom window open and all I hear are nature sounds plus an occasional distant barking dog. It's amazingly quiet considering how close I am to main suburbia. I value my peace and quiet.

Okay, send me a cashier's check and I'll try Manhattan...

So for my whole life ____ was the only jewelry store that I would actually perchese stuff from! Where am I going to go now? They always treated me with respect and filled my needs. There prices were good to.

I guess that this is yet another illustration of that new punctuation rule, namely...
When in doubt, just throw an apostrophe in there--in random places.

Who would have thought, it would take someone like Donald J. Trump, who is not beholding to corporate America

The guy is cleaning house. It sure feels good to finally bloody the nose of the bullies, that were full of intimidation and violence to make them start balling their eyes out.

No profits outside the coarse of normal business.

Even it's name is a damned lie.

Hearsay, is not admissible and should never be taken as fact.
One would have to be very ignorant, not to know that.
- (the commas! Why?!)
