I wonder if that is similar to a dog (or cat) that has been "spaded"??
Whenever I have heard somebody use that terminology, my response has always been, "I don't think that I would allow somebody to perform surgery on my dog with a garden implement".
The folks to whom I uttered those words have usually responded with...a blank stare.

Are question marks now considered to be optional?
My guess is the ad writer didn't want to ask a question, just wanted to make it a statement. It's probably some sort of psychological 'trick'.
In other words, those words are implying that there is no question about it; you WILL take it somewhere!
