You know homeland security is more then stopping mass shootings right? Customs, boarder patrol, coast gaurd.......get your facts straight before you make yourself look dumb there is alot that goes into DHS is was created to manage all these other departments. What your saying if you get rid of DHS we will say tons of money, but really you wouldn't because all these others will still exsist. Just so your educated.
