I really really feel my coworkers do not respect me, well I know for sure one of the ladies feel this way. Doris will send me IM s and emails asking me realllly dumb questions and she is suppose to be a team lead... and I havent done not a damn thing ,but be kind to everyone. Just to give you a little background call center... how do I handle this situation without getting emotional upset about it.
