Any problems that blacks have in this country, is solely because rather than stand up for change, they sat on their dumb asses, and did nothing but complain.
When they should have been in direct communication with elected officials, who have the power, and resources to bring about change, they chose to march in the streets, where nothing get's accomplished. - here's a "charming" poster over on the political forum who calls black people "dumb asses" and then puts an apostrophe in the word "gets," inexplicably.
Will former P. Jimmy Carter be sacrificed on the alter of resistance by agreeing with Trump on Canada lumber trade ?
The conversation was about a guy who was recently imprisoned for dealing drugs, so after some thought, I have to assume the poster was trying to say that the criminal hadn't hit his bottom yet, maybe. Apparently he also had dealt drugs if he was saying, "there but for the grace of God go I." Moral of the story: don't do drugs. They'll impair your communication skills! *pops my Good Grammar pill*
Haha. No doubt there is a bit of impairment. Remember the old TV commercial "This is your brain on drugs"?
I think your assessment of the poster's meaning is correct. Good find.
do you think people who dont live on your block and park in front of your house should get towede this guy parks in front of my house then walk down the road to the library some days he dose this and if he is not there he parks in front of the family that live kitty corner from me he parks there so the paint on his car dont fade but he can easily park at the libary why do my kids have to park on my grass when they should be able to park in front of our house any suggestion on how to stop him we have asked not to but to no a vale
I saw that one yesterday and found it hard to believe. Apparently his "device" doesn't have capitals or any form of punctuation. Or it could be something else ....
Since everyone else is doing it, here's one from our Political Forum. Making the mistake once could be a typo or just a careless error ... saying it twice is something else: "The temperate never ever pleases everyone. I can't figure out how that's sexist. No one at my workplace can agree on the temperate for all sorts of reasons. Those who don't like it usually dress accordingly."
... more than enough to disswade any opposition ...
