So if you have unlimited vacation why still work? Just take the rest of your life off. We had gym memberships when I started, they did away with that. We have free coffee and gatorade. Usually have food at meetings but I'd rather not be there. They provide us with shirts, have to wear hi vis stuff. Really not that great.
I thought the point of unlimited vacation was to take off when there is downtime rather than sitting there doing nothing just to be in the office. I think unlimited vacation would work great in an office where theres a ton of work for a few weeks and then maybe a small stretch of time where theres no work. So you work really hard then get to take off to relax. At least thats what makes sense to me, but not sure how it really works.
