You only work 3 days a week, and you want paid vacation days?

There are part-time jobs that offer benefits.

Maybe. But I expect that is rare.

Can you flex your days? Or do you have to work set days?

IF you are just looking for part-time work, and are not needing too much money, it sounds good. But if you need to amass "quarters" for Social Security, or you need serious money, or benefits, it does NOT sound good. Everything is a trade-off, for sure. Then there is the question of being treated as not very valuable, when the skills required to do the job are extensive - that would stick in my craw. Seen it too many times. Tutoring centers, like the math speciality one I won't mention by name, are examples of this.

I work a part-time job - three days a week (Mon-Wed), but do get paid holidays (if the holiday is on any of my scheduled work days) and five personal/vacation days a year. I also have the flexibility to take more time off without pay, if I want, as long as I can find someone to cover my days. As far as any other benefits, I get none. In my case, I don't have to work, but feel more productive if I have somewhere to go in the morning.

For me that would be ideal as long as the 3 days were Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

I don't care about holiday and sick pay, personally.

You have the option to take time off without pay right? I'd rather have that than a set amount of paid vacation... With the typical 10 days a year, you will never take a vacation. Plus 3 days a week gives you a lot of free time. I'm jealous.

I remember this name. Look in their posting history. That's all I'm going to say.
