Well, it looks our our thunderstorm shield is well and truly functioning again after brief downtime in August. That storm moving in from the west fizzled away as per usual. All this talk of thunderstorms this autumn and how some places have had loads - and we have had nothing at all. Not even a distant flash or a subdued rumble.
I think I'll just go crazy and pretend that I'm living in my fictional climate which now has an average of 360 thunderstorms a year and there is almost no moment when it isn't thundering. Hahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaahahahrjewiorjewoirwy e59843y534ijrfd,saf.sa, kqw9p43u95ql3.
Boring as bat**** cold wintry stratus to look forward to once again. Supposed to be getting thunderstorms at this time of year. This is sickening to the highest degree. What the **** is this? Northern Scotland??
Fed up with forum members on netweather saying its mild.
For once I agree. It's well below average today, nothing like "mild", at least compared to the norms. Mild for early november would be 10-15 degrees or higher in the day (even in Buxton).
