I prefer a slow transition into spring. Ideal conditions for early spring for me are overcast and in the 30s and 40s. We get that where I live, but it warms up too quickly most years.

I have to say for winter I want spring weather. Loads of rain and highs from about 48 (9°C) to 60 (15.5°C). i'm so in the wrong climate.

You could get a slightly colder version of that over in BC.

Yes coastal BC is better than here but the only problem is is that summers aren't long enough and hot enough, while winters are a bit too cool. Coastal Croatia and a few nearby countries has what I'm looking for more than anywhere's else.

I agree. And the clock going forward makes it seem even quicker. I hate spring.

No offence but people from snowy places say that all the time and then when they go somewhere that gets rain instead of snow they always always say that they'd prefer to get back to the snow. You will not agree with me, but I am right. Rain is BORING dark and DULL.
