Yes of course it does, it snows there pretty much every day until middle of April, long recognised as the snowiest part of the UK. You're so lucky to live somewhere that fully lives up to your expectation of climate and weather. Passed your driving test yet? You might be able to go and drive up the hill behind the house all by yourself then, and play in the 2ft of snow up there.
