How you finding the gay scene in Brighton patrix? I must admit I found it an eye opener the first time I had a night out there! It's nice that people are very open and comfortable, I just wasn't used to seeing it though!

You know I havent been to a club or bar here yet because I dont have any friends in Brighton yet and Im actually a bit shy and i would feel akward going alone... cant wait for Uni to start so I can meet new people!
But being gay here is not a big deal at all... I see gay couples holding hands everyday, both lesbians and gays. I havent noticed anyone looking at it funny or commenting on it, ive seen some gay guys wearing stilletos, girls in very manly clothing but again nobody cares.
and yeah people are just used to it being very open, you see gay man holding hands in front of 2 muslim women in Niqab lol
but then, i think most of UK cities with population larger than 200k are gay friendly, maybe not as open as Brighton but still.

Well, going to Brighton would give me a shock, I live in inner London seems gay people don't exist.
I am leaving the discussion as the big brother is back.
