I like to think the posters on this forum are better.
As a side note, the "Obamacare" plan is about equivalent to what we have in Massachusetts right now and there hasn't been any rioting in the streets. YET.
I just noticed that I've broken the 100 barrier on the rep score. Big party at over at my place tonight. Please..... no budget brand spirits. Good stuff only! A low of 15C/59F tonight, so passing out in the scrub will be fine.
I wouldn't recommend melting swiss cheese on your burger patties - doesn't really match up with the flavour of the burger. Use American style slice cheese, slap it onto the meat patty just after you flip it and it'll melt nicely as the patty cooks. Ofcourse, if it doesnt quite melt properly, you can place the meat patty in your oven, set the oven on convection cook and about 100 degs C for about 3-5 mins and that should do it without over cooking the meat itself.
