Another storm that didn't turn into a damaging hurricane.

First sunny (mostly clear) afternoon with highs of 80+ F (82 F) in I don't know how long.
Humidity is lowish, dewpoint of 59 F... helping the sun be exceptionally bright.

Happy that it dropped down to 57 F early this morning. Happy that the humidity has decreased.

Open windows are much better than recycled A/C air.

While at the grocery store yesterday, I watched two 350 lb homosexuals argue about which brand cat food was more nutritional.

July, 2010, is turning out to be quite interesting statistic-wise. Just 132 hours of bright sunshine MTD ending yesterday (26th). July's characteristic clear & sunny skies very noticeably absent. Average 205 hours. Depending on next 4 days, could be the cloudiest July in 9 or 12 years.

Also much more rain than usual for my area, 106mm/4.07in.

Is that it?

Here in Buxton we have had 77 hours sunshine this July. And it's summer.
