This seems to disagree with your statement... But I found this... LOL

The 80° was 9 below normal. Check it out. They only have 1 above normal max temp in the last 10 days. All it takes is rain and clouds.

Check out the low temp departures though. All above normal.

Rain everyday. 1.84" this month so far.

Normal max 89°.
Normal low 68°

However, as in years past, I continue to think Environment Canada go overboard with the heat warnings.

Is 29°C always their cutoff, or is it lower because it's spring? 'Cos unless there's high humidity, it's nice weather. That seems as silly as issuing a cold advisory if it's 10°C out. Today was the 14th day it's gotten that warm in Raleigh this month and the 13th time in OKC.

Looking increasingly likely that May 2018 will beat 1896 for the warmest May on record in Indianapolis, if this is an indication of what summer will bring, then the summer of 2018 could be an absolute scorcher, at least in the Indianapolis area.

Had a good frog killer around 5pm. 2". With a southeast windflow i have 10 times better rain chances than with a reverse west windflow. I love it when build ups come from the east and meet up the with the west coast sea breeze.
