Friends and relatives in the Acadian Peninsula of northeastern New Brunswick have been posting pictures of snow-covered ground in the past hour. This is about 2-3 hours east of the northern tip of the state of Maine.

The Indianapolis area is set to break a temperature record for the month of May, today was the 17th day with a high temperature of 80 Degrees or warmer, the record for the most 80 degree days for the month of May is 21 days, set back in 1977, this record is in serious jeopardy of being broken this May as all the local weather forecasters are calling for 80+ for the next 7 days, as is the National Weather Service, May 2018 is set to become the warmest May in recorded history in Indianapolis, through yesterday, the monthly mean temperature in Indianapolis was at 70.8 Degrees Fahrenheit, this beats the previous record of 70.7 F, set in the year 1896.
