Just enjoying the rare 60s and sun here today. Nothing but blue above. But man that sun feels so hot now.

Looks like the interior is having 70s and sun. I should check some sites see how many 60s and sunny days they had this spring.

Speaking of 60+. Check it out..

Washington D.C has only had 30 days since March 1st going above 59°F. That's the least amount since 1965.

March with only 3 was the least since 1965 also, usually get about 10 days 60+ in March

Exactly 30 days since March 1 here as well. What's the average and how does it compare to other years for KC?

It still hasn't hit 90 here yet. But each of the next seven days is supposed to have a high of at least 84°F/29°C. The first week of May was 3.8°F (2.1°C) warmer than normal, which isn't that impressive, but is quite the change from the cold April we just had.

It reached 90F for the first time of the year yesterday. It got up to 92F this afternoon, which broke the previous daily record of 91F.

Forecast to stay in the low 90's over the next 7 days, with hardly any chance for rain.

Today's high was 41.1°C (Normal High 33.9°C)

Standing record is 43.3°C set in 1989, so no record
