0.49" of rain so far at KNYC.

I think the forecast was 1.75" or so.

Let's see if we reach that.

Damn, guess I've become too predictable. Like an old man on a daily routine.

2.15" of rain here in my backyard! Most since Oct 31, 2017. Before that was October 29, 2015.
We don't usually get this much liquid in winter.

Cold front over us now so temps will drop during the day.

2:15-6:15am radar loop.. Look at all that snow behind the front!
So much moisture still coming up. But I'll miss out here. You can see how its moving and how dry it is south of us.

Most of our snowpack is gone, patches of grass were peeking out last night. Woke up to 14ºF and sleet/ice/whatever. Coating of something white on the ground and pellets coming down hard. Dogs not happy lol. Hoping for some powder later today!

blue sky to the west as the cold front moves out, haven't seen the blue sky since Wednesday. At least the snow melted before the refreeze begins, Berkshire Country has icy roads. Wind starting getting loud soon after I woke up.

You guys always get more action in the winter.

I guess you would be bored with FL weather. I could never live where you do and deal with that kind of cold.

55f here now so the temp is going down and 20knt winds. Washed the Corvette and did not sweat. It would have been hell washing it in the summer.
