Here they die back if we get into the upper 20's but come back later. But up there if the ground gets below 32 then maybe it kills them i guess. Never lived up north so not sure.

I found it dead yesterday after hitting 21°F and 25° 2 mornings in a row. Totally my fault. Was in small spot on porch I forgot to bring in. Hope it comes back. Doubt it but will leave it inside in pot.

Still haven't had our 1st frost or freeze. Hoping with the cold blast next week that we see both. Lowest we have seen so far is 34F.

You'd need an average temp of 40.4 F for the rest of the month to tie for 3rd coldest on record. Good luck with that.

Anyway, the forecast for my area looks generally near to slightly above normal. We might get some light rain the next couple days, which would be nice.
