Kinda bummed New York didnt reach the 80s, but high 70s are more comfortable anyways. It's been a while (as in several years) since we had this sort of warm wave in April. I already forgot what a warm April feels like, lol

Winter to Summer. What else is new. #NEVERSPRING

4:30pm temps. July like warmth for some. Mostly June like out there. I hit 75F. No shade. No leaves. Not even down near NYC.

For todays date yes. 77° was the record. BUT...

96° is the all time April max temp for Hartford set in 1976.
93° April 7, 2010

So Upper 80s happens in mid April there.

I'll grab max maps later I hope. Been busy today.

The average high here is in the 50s for the first half of April...actually the average high for the month is only about 60 F/16 C. I just want average. I don't want to be sweating and using A/C in April. There's plenty of time for that this summer.
