Close Your Eyes!!

EuroEPS next 16 days.

Focus on what you want but here's important things I see....

1. The Grays are clouds. I see a break Monday-Tuesday, then clouds again for days, then a break, then clouds and rain again all the way to May 19th.

2. Keep an eye on that dotted Blue line (The 540dm line) that's the Polar Jet Stream. Poor Canada. No Spring and why is it still so far south? This not only keeps us cloudy, cool, and wet but also prevents the SE ridge from popping north too far.

This look will give you an idea how all the storms will be moving next 2 weeks. But that 540 line is impressive to see still hanging around Southern Canada. I'd be drooling if I saw this in November knowing there's a high chance that line will drop into the U.S soon. But it's friggin May now.

I'm right on the edge, blue sky didn't last. If the cloud cover stays like this, it should be warmer in Vermont than New Jersey later today. It's still a brighter overcast than before.

I think I see why its a "brighter" overcast there..

3 Soundings..

Chicopee.... Notice the dry layer at about 6000 feet? and at the surface. Clouds are only about 2000-4000 & another layer at about 11,000 feet.

So it might be a thinner layer of clouds then previous days

Burlington, VT

SUN!

Down here. Danbury.. RAIN! Lots of moisture from 10,000 feet up.

The heat has been on in the house since Sunday, LOL. No need for AC yet. No complaints from me. I'm enjoying this pattern for a change.

Lol, May 6th and we've yet to go above 20 C for the entire month. Won't happen today (high of 13 C) & probably not tomorrow either (high of 18 C predicted).
