Saw some outflow on radar west of there, so I figured more might form later. Some downpours over the Everglades now north of US 41, hopefully they grow into thunderstorms.
There's actually a nice cell coming this way that's about 20 miles away. Should be here within the hour.
Even tho it's supposed to be in the high 60s now, I will take low 60s any day over the subarctic dreck had the past few days, and over the past few weeks really
I highly doubt someone in London would think 60 F during mid-afternoon in mid-late May is "warm".
Anyways, aren't most of your lows this time of year in the 50s-lower 60s? How are you not used to 60 F? I guess since it's mid-afternoon you expect warmer. Might be a psychological thing.
I'm not out at midnight and yeah my average low is approaching 60. After a bit of football practice outside I got used to it but it was pretty chilly at first, was shivering and had goosebumps. I wasn't saying that people in London think 60 was warm I was just saying I would hate to have that type of weather in may and I feel why they are so desperate for the warmth . Good luck to y'all in London, hope you pick up at least 5 32 c days this year.
The low is not at midnight - it's usually at sunrise or maybe a few minutes after. You being a high school student I imagine you're out in early morning hours when the lowest temperatures of the day happen.
I don't understand why people think the coldest part of the day is "the middle of the night". It's like thinking winter/summer solstice are the coldest/warmest part of the year when they aren't.

Yeah but I don't stay outside , I drive to school . just hop in and go.
Forecast backs off on anything above average. Honestly I'm done with this crap. This will be the 4th may in a row where we got first 90 late, and probably one of the rare mays where we don't see 90. Looking at hw things are going we will probably finish off at 2 degrees below average. June doesn't look any better. looked at the gfs and it has rain storm after rain storm for the area. No chance of drying up soon. This month reminds me of February 2015, started off above average and at first I though its gonna be a good month then I saw a few cold days in the forecast which quickly turned into 2 weeks.

A couple of days ago, we had a sunny day, with a max temp of 62F. It was very nice - plenty of people outside, enjoying the weather, going for bike rides, etc etc. No depression or winter coats funnily enough, just a lot of happy people taking advantage of the nice weather (although this month has been sunnier and drier than normal so far, so no shortage of such days). Your pity is not necessary.
Yesterday 66F with sunny spells, and was quite nice as well. All the trees are green, it's bright, less than an inch of rain for the month so the country trails are free of mud - there's not much reason to complain. I'd probably be happy if this weather persisted all year.

Pero like 62f is still sweater weather. You need 70s or at least high 60s to call it a "nice day"
I didn't see anyone in a sweater on that day. Some had long-sleeve shirts. Quite a few were in shorts. 62F in full sunshine is T-shirt weather for me.
