If it was our first time seeing cold like this I would agree with him, but last week we had actual temps in this range.

Either way, there isn't any amount of preparation I could make for such cold, but I'm a different breed lol.

I'd like to be near Los Angeles, but not too close, maybe Orange County CA. But I could also see myself in Arizona, Texas, or Florida.

If I won the lottery I'd divide my time between the Florida Keys, Southern California, & Queensland.

Don't expect February to be mild if this holds true. Sudden stratospheric warming event may be happening at the end of January. Mid latitude response usually happens a couple weeks later
