I thought you would've liked the mild weather. My only gripe is the clouds and rain, some sunshine would make these temperatures much more enjoyable. I'm still taking whatever warmth I get, even if we remain mild through the entire winter, it won't be as warm as this December has been.
I just cannot stand the winter gloom with clouds all day and rain on and off every day. It is tiresome. I like sun in winter. So yes, I'd rather "suffer" thru our avg winter temps with sunshine, than temps more like October of September with clouds and rain. Ugh.
CFSv2 weeklies show significant stratospheric warming week 1-4. If this proves correct, interesting period Jan 15-31 maybe more so for Europe. Looks like the PV may be tilting towards that direction
