Typical warm, humid summer night here in South FL. 80 F (27 C) with a dew point of 71 F (22 C) at nearly midnight (11:54 PM)

Is that 46 F at Martha's Vineyard accurate?

Couple of 40s out there this June 28th morning. Dewpoints are about 5-10 below normal for this hour.

Phones do that, and so does my camera. If you tilt the phone when taking a photo, the photo will be tilted as well. Though smartphones are smart, the picture will be stamped and created in the way it was taken, and don't understand that you would like to watch it 90 degrees rotated. So you have to do it manually with a software.

Screenshots are literally freezing the screen image, and for those the phone understands which way is north.

Chilly again today:

Want to go for a swim in this heat? No.

Had some storms here in Myrtle Beach last night. Cloudy this morning with the sun now struggling to break through. More storms this afternoon likely.

Turns out Chicago/MDW hit 92F/33C yesterday

The weather has been unsettled over the western & central Gulf coast this past week with widespread thunderstorms forming each afternoon. The severe weather around Lake Charles yesterday was mostly localized.

Starting tomorrow, a high pressure ridge is supposed to form and temperatures are forecast to reach the mid 90's in my area, which would be the highest so far this summer.

Lot of clouds here in Dayton, but most of the rain should hold off today. Getting to a spot and waiting for the show to start. Humid and around 80F.
