How about Unalaska, AK? Record high is 81F and while the humidity is high year round, the temps are low enough that you would never feel overheated. There is quite a bit of snow too since you mentioned that you like that.

As for me, I like climates that are "A" climates according to Koppen and Trewartha which I find an appropriate designation as I would rate all these climates as an A

Dfa, with summer highs of about 86 F / 30 C and winter highs of about 23 F / -5 C are my favorite. Warm-end Dfb would be really nice as well (summer highs at least 80 F / 27 C). Minneapolis comes close to perfect.

Humid subtropical climates and Mediterranean are the best in my opinion. Though humid subtropical comes out on top I think as I love heavy summer downpours.

Subarctic climates or continental-bordering-on-subarctic climates with lots of snow and long (though not exceptionally cold) winters and short, warm, not hot summers, with cool nights. Summer days should average between 65 and 75F for highs, and should average below 50F at night. Summer should also not be excessive rainy or cloudy.

Some excellent examples, though not all are subarctic:

I tend to like climates from the green areas in this map, apart from Andaluzia and the two southern Portuguese areas (alentejo and algarve), and I would had some very specific moroccan climates, like Essaouira, and some coastal northen california onees.

Absolute favourite would be some climate in Galicia, like Lugo or La Coruna.

I dispise continentality

Dfb. Warm summers, cold winters, storms and green in summer and snowy in winter, enough to keep snow around for the winter. Basically a few degrees colder than the borderline Dfa/Dfb I'm in now, which is a bit warm in summer and usually has more winter thaws than I like. With perhaps a few exceptions, Dfa is too warm in summer, Dfc has too short of a summer, B-climates are too dry, and C-climates are too mild in winter.
