I finished shoveling the huge drift of heavy wet snow that blocked both garage doors.

Behind the house was a huge drift so I measured the depth-------52 inches.

That drift can stay til it melts. It was bare grass yesterday.

We have had a beautiful spring on the far north coast of California. My wisteria started blooming today on the same day it did last year. It got to 78 degrees today, but we have been in the high 50's and low 60's with some frost in the mornings up to a few days ago. The daffodils have been long finished and the lilacs are about to burst.
