Yaaaa,
About 38F here with 25mph winds.
This is a fairly cold April day in east Kansas.

How much snow have you guys been getting in the Upper Midwest and Northern Plains?
Get that ruler out and measure! LOL

How far are you from Minneapolis? I was wondering because Minneapolis seems like a cool city, but if it gets as cold there as it does where you live, I don't like it.

Funny...yesterday was well below average, but today is supposed to be above average, and tomorrow is supposed to be hot.

It's 66* right now, but the high today will be 76*. Tomorrow will be 80*, hopefully hotter. Perfect day for the beach while you suckas get snow! SUNDAY IS GONNA BE 84*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: D

jessemh431-------I'm about 100 miles NW of Minneapolis.

TV showed Minneapolis getting less than us because they would be getting more as rain

For the winter (however) Minneapolis got way more snow than us this year because most of the major snowstorms went more south.

Send the heat our way.

Psh, you wish we'd give up that heat. It's 74* at 10:30 in the morning! It's definitely gonna get warmer than 80* today. Too bad I'm sick and can't go play outside.

Haven't broke 40 yet today, but hovering right at 39. That is all right though, still 60 degrees warmer than a month or so ago so I'm not going to complain at all. Nice temps for a slow, steady thaw without flooding.

Our report this morning at 9 am said that we had 6 inches of snow. It snowed and melted about 4-6 hours so I don't know if they included that or if it's just what stayed on the ground. So far, the Clear Lake area was hit the worst with 15 inches of snow earlier this morning. It's snowing lightly now.

I believe that Sioux Falls nearly lucked out with barely any snow. They were originally only supposed to see rain and wind and it doesn't sound like their snowfall was much at all.

Our temp is 33 with a windchill of 19. The winds are blowing at 30 mph with gusts to 38. They were actually worse early this morning.

Sounds like you guys just got the tail end of it out east. We got about an inch or two here in Rapid City but Spearfish got about 5-7. The Northern Hills always get pounded. Drive a few miles northwest on I-90 and you'll hit snow for sure!
