Right now its above normal here. But the range of being above normal is not as much as it will be below normal in 2 days ..
Not for me. Today was higher from the normal (+12°F) than anything forecast for me. I don't really consider it that exceptional, though, because it was only one day.

Areas around Manitoba-Ontario border really got hammered with snow today.

Sprague, Manitoba received 20cm (8")
Kenora, Ontario 30cm (12")

Cold front is heading my way,
will struggle to hit 10c (50F) on Sunday

76F/32F and sunny today.

That 32F is a new record low for today...while 76F is six degrees above the normal high for this time of year.

81F/66F here (NYC) today, very early/late summer like. Not a single cloud in the sky today, huge change from yesterday.

I see lows in the mid 40's for Sunday & Monday, assuming we go that low it'll be our first 40's of the season, I believe. Sunday's high is supposed to be in the mid 50's.

Wednesday low is forecasted to be -1°C here with other nights next week at the 2-3°C point. Looks like it's finally getting back to normal.

It's been really weird here. Forecast a frost last few nights but ended up with a min of 5c due to cloud streaming in from the north channel. Forecast -2c tonight but really doubt it. Cloud seems to ruin our chances at everything. I am only realizing how variable the weather is here now. The amount of times we missed a frost due to cloud...

I've noticed that the temperature isn't dropping much below 0c either due to soil temps, they aren't cold enough.

Hope we get our first frost tonight. Every time we get a clear night there is a breeze, which ruins everything.

Anyway this month is turning out pretty chilly. No warmth anywhere in the forecast. But it's been fairly sunny so far, right now it's stunning.

Sames. What is that all about.

For a good frost it seems where I live that you have to be at least 20 miles inland to get away from the sea breeze.

I am learning more and more from my weather station that for me to a frost the ground must be dry and the soil must be coolish. It is very hard for me to get any lower than -6/7c without a good snowpack.

The water is just too close. Although it isn't boiling hot.

It is the same kind of factors in the summer. I Have noticed with 12c 850pha upper air after a long spell of high pressure I can get around 28c but if it is after a wet spell the highest i can get is 22/23c.
