You got me on that one I'll have to check (you have me curious).
My guess is there is likley no record of November freeze in south/and some central Florida locations...but I'm sure far north Florida locations have had a freeze at some point in November; By month's end normal lows are in the 45 - 50 F range in places like Ocala and up in the Panhandle...and the mean freeze date in these areas is something like November 28th or so. So by the last days of November parts of interior far north Florida climatoligically see a freeze.
I do remember experiencing below freezing temps in Tampa/Clearwater area in november, a real vacation killer
Different story in south Florida, november freeze would be exceptional
in Miami/Dade County/Broward County areas.
Canadian prairies have been hit hard lately with a big snowstorm, and very cold temps,
over 12" (31cm) in Edmonton, that storm is now heading east to Winnipeg
area, forecast is for 20 to 30 cm of the white stuff tomorrow
On the flipside, my area is finally getting some normal to above normal temps,
forecast high for Sunday november 11th (Remembrance Day) is a balmy 16c (60F)
Florida Data since end of October. Blues indicated below normal. Look closely and you'll see the Normals vs the actuals.
For instance, Normal Low for Miami is around 70°F but they have been dropping to 50s and 60s.
Normal Low for Jacksonville is mid 50s, they been dipping to 30s and low 40s.
Miami should be getting to mid 80s during the day but they are struggling to hit 75 at times and low 80s mostly.

I couldn't find any record of a freeze in November in south Florida stations (Miami, FTl, Palm Beach...etc).
In Tampa, according to their NWS data, the last time they had a freeze in November... was November 22, 1937. So it's pretty rare. My guess is that while you might have experinced cool temps in Tampa one November, they we're not below freezing. Temps below 40 F are pretty rare in Tampa before mid December.
In any event, they should be cooking down in Florida in the coming days...temps will be heading for the 80's in many areas - sure beats us in Connecticut with temps in the 50's and low 60's. At least the warm temps here in CT will melt the snow for those in the western and northern portion of the state.
As far as up there in Winnipeg - has your local temp gone below 0 F yet? I see the high in Minot is only 15 F this coming Sunday.
Its starting to get dark already and I still haven't finished my homework or got washed.. Sigh. I hate short days.
