Tbilisi, simply because Atlanta is too hot, and Grytviken is too cold. It'd be nice if Tbilisi had cooler summers though.

I change my mind.

Atlanta's summers are too hot and humid. They just seem unbearable to me.

So Tbilisi, even though its winters are rather cold...

Tbilisi has colder winters than Atlanta and pretty warm summers. Why did you give it a lower grade?
