Mars. The climate wouldn't be that cold around the edge of the Tropics, though there is no rain. Mars is much more habitable than Venus. I heard that light snow flurries can fall at the higher latitudes. I would still like a sub-forum.

Create that forum! I am gonna create more fictional climates (some of them realistic and others totally not) and I would rather post them in a forum where people are interested in rating them.
