Grytviken for me although its summer is much colder than i like. On the other hand the 29°C record high is very impressing being so close to the Antarctic continent. Was that due to föhn winds?
Atlanta is the perfect spring/fall climate, meaning it's too hot in summer and chilly in winter, but March-June and Sept-Nov are great.
Tbilisi is close to my perfect climate's temperatures. Drop it 2-3 degrees year round and its spot on. The only issue are the sunshine hours. I imagine there are a lot of days with stratus clouds where no precipitation occurs. I wonder how it translates to US sunshine hours.
That last one is just garbage.
Atlanta wins because it does a better job of being a subtropical climate than Tbilsi does at being a four season climate. Dem sunshine hours.
Tbilisi for me, Grytviken's summer is too cold. But it is indeed impressive that the record high is there 29c, I thought it was a very hyperoceanic climate there.
Tbilissi because it is the most similar to what I'm used to, although for some reason I imagined it to be sunnier, as I associate central Asia with steppe climate and sunny skies with cold winters. Actually it is very similar to here, just a lot dryer I reckon.
Atlanta, USA, is nice though, but I like winters to be colder than this, if I really have to choose.
