I'll take Cherrapunji. At least the temperature averages are lovely. And even with those gigantic, humongous rainfall totals, it still has WAY less rainy days than Marion Island.
Kuwait City is like someone took Phoenix and said "LOL this place isn't nearly hot enough, let's bump it up to ludicrous"
And Marion Island... The chilly temperatures year round are bad enough, but throw in all that rain and... uh, no thanks.
Cherrapunji and Marion Island are both pretty nice IMO. Hard to decide, but i think I'd choose Cherrapunji cause it's a bit more exciting, although the summer temperatures are a bit high for me.
Kuwait City is way too hot and Cherrapunji is way too rainy so I pick Marion Island- good amount of rain and moderately cool temperatures year round with occasional snow. Yes, it lacks sunshine and a real summer but it still looks comfortable wearing light to moderate layers.
Kuwait City. Marion Island is little better than Campbell, with a lot more rain but also more sunshine. Cherrapunji would be interesting for about an hour of monsoonal rain - then I'd leave.
According to wiki, most of the rain in Cherrapunji falls in the morning. The wettest month would get around 110mm per day on average, which is a lot, but if it was torrential rain 24/7 it would be more like 2000mm per day, so clearly there are significant periods of lighter rain or no rain. Supposedly most of the the rain falls in the morning.

That high of 74F is a record. Average high is 51F!
