I was looking for a decent 1 Br. apartment along the red line as close to DC as realistically possible for 1500 including utilities. Am I being too unrealistic? I am sharing right now and want my own place. I am open to a studio as well but have never lived in one so don't know how it is living in a studio. I moved to DC 4 months back.
