I think that the Prince George's Plaza surrounding housing should be mostly subsidized housing like Section 8 and free food and entertainment.

Default Fore Property Update

Plans were approved by the council last week. No idea when construction will start, but the old building has been razed and the parcel is ready for construction.

Yes. It has been down for months now. It's just a flat field of dirt ready for construction.

Yes. They are part of a multi-phase redevelopment that is supposed to span 20+ years. It is part of the over all Prince George's Plaza Transit District plan.
