Tyler will have two 7 11 gas stations. The other one is located on the East Loop and Hwy 31.

Don't know what it is, but there was a building permit issued for the Villages at Cumberland Park for $11,000,000 plus. I hope it's something exciting.

Just for the fun of it. I will respond with my guesses. I once heard the Bank of America Building, the black glass building downtown was 22 stories, then another report has it as 19 stories. Anyway, by number of floors, it is the tallest in Tyler. The old Carlton Hotel, Smith County Building is second with what, 18 stories?

Now, for certain outside of downtown, the Olympic Tower with the cross over footbridge over Becham connecting to the former EMC, now University of Texas East Texas or something called similar to that, lol, is nine stories tall. Two other buildings on the Southeast Loop at the corner of Paluxy and the Loop are each 6-8 stories, somewhere in that neighborhood. Then Bank of America on the West side of South Broadway fairly close to West Grande Blvd. is again, what 6-7 stories. Others, out of downtown, probably.
