I think most reality shows give prospective 'contestants' psychological tests. I think Gordon has different personality profiles that he screens for in his differing shows.
He's supposed to be doing a new series about saving hotels. I guess if it does well in the UK it will show in the US. The guy certainly has a great head for business.
Yes, Hotel Hell is supposed to start sometime later this summer. I saw some previews for it a while back where GR had one of those blue lights you shine on stuff after you spray Luminol on it. It showed a bunch of glowing blue on some bed sheets and GR saying "Bloody Hell" or something very British. Can't wait to see it, so I can not only be freaked out about bed bugs, but about everything else too!
Well, all ya damn DONKEYS!!! I won't be able to watch the show tonight because I have a class for the next 8 weeks that starts tonight and is every Monday and Thursday night, so I'll have to watch it on Tuesday night and get back in here and rant and rave on either Tuesday after I watch it on DVR, or on Wednesday, if I'm too tired to get in here and post my rant on Tuesday night.
But rest assured ...... I'll be filing my hooves, braying like a jackass and chompin' at the bit in anticipation!

This season is crazy! How can someone cook such good scallops one or two nights and then serve them almost raw consistently? I just don't get it.
The spaghetti that was "swimming" in sauce is the way I like it. Serve me a plate of spaghetti that just has the flavor and I will be a very unhappy cow.
