That's all true. However, if she really wanted to prove herself as a businessperson, then she would have taken some responsibility for actually choosing that wallpaper herself!
My own tastes were a lot more offended by those godawful window-things that she chose - fake cityscapes?! Yuck.

Okay, well Im bummed that Petrozza didnt win, both him and christina did well tonight. I cant believe Christina didnt kick Matt off his station, I would have. And I found it funny Jen, who continously throughout the entire time she was on the show proclaimed she was the best chef, couldnt cook one simple onion ring.
This season went by pretty quickly, cant wait for Kitchen Nightmares again. Now I leave you with

Just finished watching it here PST. I wanted Petrozza to win but I had a feeling Christina would win. I was hoping that Gordon would just give it to him because he is 47 and the contract is only for one year. Christina is in her 20s and has her whole career ahead of her. Oh, well.

I wrote this at 11pm last night so i figured the show was already ending on the pacific coast. Did it not end then?
Either way I apologize for that, I need to figure out what times the show will end next year huh?

I was hoping that Petrozza would win, but I'm ok with Christina. This was the first season that I really liked both finalists.

I think that Gordon liked the idea that Christina is so young, he did say he thinks long term. I wish Petrozza great luck, I hope he gets benefits from being a finalist, he's a very sweet man.

Sure will miss this show - can't wait for Kitchen Nightmares!
