Thanks, it didn't come back on until this morning but it was in time for "Days." Good old Time Warner.

It doesn't look like I missed anything but I'll go read a synopsis on one of the spoiler websites like "Days Cafe." I don't read what's coming but it's a good place to catch up if you miss an episode or two and don't want to sit through the commercials on the Internet.

"Days" comes on at 1 pm where I'm at. I record it even if I am home because there are just too many commercials. Or I begin to watch 15-20 minutes into the program then go back and rewind and begin watching so I can zap out the commercials as I watch. You can't do that online.

While watching yesterday's episode today at lunch, I kept screaming at the tv...."If Nicole & Eric are so overheated, why don't you move them outta the hottest room in the building!?!?!?!?" There were enough able-bodied rescuers there that could help move them outside until the ambulance arrived. Grrrrr.

Well, it did look like Serena turned off the heat while Daniel was breaking into the crawl space. But that room would have still been hot.

When you watch today's episode you'll see how Nicole's eye makeup is perfect. There she is lying in her hospital bed looking all pained, her hair is a mess, she's waking up and her mascara and eyeliner are all in place. Everyone should look that good after almost being boiled to death.

I like Serena's acting all nervous and worried. I think she's doing a good job.

OK so some of us could be called anal about all the errors on soaps. I'm one of them.

People do not go from an ambulance directly into an assigned room! Triage and then ICU if they were as close to death as these two were.

So now are we supposed to assume they had sex in that crawl space. Please...

So why is it so often called sleeping together when we know damn good well they do very little sleeping. Don't tell me they are concerned about underage viewers and can't say sex. Some of the sex scenes on soaps are soft porn. Heterosexual or homosexual love scenes are always fast forwarded at my house. I'm no prude but I just have no interest in seeing that. Sometimes DH comes in the room just in time to see scenes I try to FF through and he is shocked at how raunchy soaps have become.

I am one of them too. Sometimes the inconsistencies are so glaring they are almost insulting to the viewers.

They are kind of fun to pick out though.

I FF the sex scenes because I find them boring. I think they are often used as time fillers so they don't have to use any dialogue. Soaps crawl along as it is so for me, that just slows down the action. These scenes are so fake anyway. All the sheets and blankets and such are always in just the right strategic places. Not that I want to see any more of what they are showing but it just makes it so silly looking. Then with the "romantic" music, I feel like some teenage voyeur if I watch them.

I just want to get on with the story.

I haven't seen yesterday's or today's show yet. But I think we viewers didn't see Nicole & Eric having sex, but we will see it in flashbacks as they each remember it during their recoveries.

All we saw was them kissing so I didn't think they had sex but maybe they did. Yesterday's episode with them ended by them saying the famous last words "We have to talk" so maybe they will tell us whether or not they did.

I think if I were melting to death, sex would be the last thing on my mind but I guess you never know.
