Dammit would you stop making so much sense? I was looking forward to some good tunes but you're right, chances are they'll ruin 'em. <heavy sigh>

LOL, I think you can't stand DeAndre more than I can't take little Holly Cav. The hair thing was old the first time he did it and that falsetto is fine briefly but not for the whole song - not how he does it anyway.

I sowwy. I'll try harder to post silly, foolish things. Hey! Did you know "Songs in the Key of Life" is about a real key that Stevie found when he was a kid, that opened a box of Life cereal? It's true, I swear.

Default Steven Tyler at 26 on the classic Midnight Special

Re: AEROSMITH - Train Kept A Rollin' ,1974 - YouTube

I hope no one minds. I think appropriate to show the level he was on at 26, not to mention his pure animal magnetism. All the boys had great hair! Love Joe's (never see his face lol) and his abs. All wiry like a true rock star should be.

Man, I just cannot stand that kid.

I'm going to go out on a limb and make my prediction early: Elise wins.
Yeah I felt embarrased for Deandre when he skipped off behind the others and waved it around and put it in a pony. It caused the others to have to turn around to catch his antics and there were a lot of snickers. I think Steven would have probably really preferred white chocolate.

Elise is a good choice- so far so good anyway. I haven't seen her much besides girls night.

That's because I made it up. It was supposed to be me keeping my word to post silly stuff.

But I will tell you an honest to goodness real story about Stevie Wonder that actually did happen.

I was at the Michelle Obama rally at UCLA, where Stevie Wonder performed. Michelle walked him up onto the stage, and as they went up the steps, he leaned on her in such a way that she knocked her left hand up against the railing and the diamond from her wedding ring flung out of her ring! She went on as if nothing had happened and staff members spent the next however long on their hands and knees below the elevated seating, looking for that diamond.

And they found it!

I know that goofball - for one thing, Life cereal didn't even exist when he wrote that...did it? I shoulda put a on my rep.

Ok but, ummm...I'm actually buying the ring story. Talk about grace under pressure.

Exactly! And then when it was time to come out and perform again, he just haaaaaad to take the band out and flip it around some more! It is so gross I want to sneak into his room at night and cut a huge chunk out of it.

I don't recall having seen Elise previously either, but she's incredibly talented and I was blown away. We'll see!

He is a little too hammy for his own good, but there is that diversity you wanted Jill (JK)!!
It should be fun to see the vocal coach calm his ass down!

Can't wait to see what the boys will do or how they will butcher Stevie W.
I'm betting PP does something cool and some of the others too. I have high hopes for them - hope I'm not disappointed.

The girls should be good too and a tribute to Whitney. Oh and Blidge too!
Should be a real thriller all in all!
