Are you serious?!?! I guess you haven't seen the skyline at all.

Hating? Houston's Chase Tower is basically a box with its corner cut off. The design isn't unique at all.

The tower is downright ugly. Even I will admit that some towers in Dallas are ugly, but you refuse to admit that the Chase Tower is ugly.

I think being able to see the 75 individual windows is kinda neat versus staring at a blank silver glass curtain. It gives you an idea of how tall & powerful the building really is when standing underneath it. It makes you dizzy to try to see the top. Dallas' BOA doesn't do that to me at all. Not only that Dallas' tallest skyscraper doesn't even have an observation deck. LOL WTF Dallas?

The World Trade Centers in NYC were nothing impressive to look at either, but they screamed POWER which is exactly what Chase Tower does. At 1,002' it is the only official super tall Texas has.

If Houston's Chase Tower had better lighting at night it would stand out more in the skyline. I don't know why they don't run some blue lights up the sides of it next to those horizontal windows. At one time they had some color changing lights on top then switched back to those yellow Christmas lights...don't know what happened there but it was stupid.

How?!?

The Texas State Capitol is stately. I would never put those two buildings in the same category.
