A ARENA not a BASEBALL PARK!

We have 2 arenas that I know of.

Dallas Convention Center Arena (formerly Dallas Memorial Auditorium)
Built: 1957
Capacity: 9,816

The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Led Zeppelin, The Who, the Grateful Dead, Dallas Chaparrals (basketball team), and many other music legends played here.

It needs to be renovated. It could be turned into a live music venue.

I couldn't find any recent pics of the outside. The first one is from the 70s and the last one is from the 50s.

Fair Park Coliseum
Built: 1955
Capacity: 7,513 for basketball 8,513
Tenants Tenants
Dallas Black Hawks (CHL) (1967-1982)
Dallas Chaparrals then became the San Antonio Spurs (ABA) (1967-1973)
Dallas Freeze (CHL) (1992-1995)
Dallas Generals (ABA) (2009)

I couldn't find any pictures.

you need to tell me what your definition of an Arena is because for normal people the definition of Arena includes stadiums.

An Arena is an enclosed area where sports and other displays are presented. What is your definition???

Nope. That's not the reason at all. I just don't like to talk about density.

An arena and a stadium is two different things. People should really look up the meaning.

Arena-is an enclosed area, often circular or oval-shaped, designed to showcase theater, musical performances, or sporting events.

Stadium- A modern stadium is a place or venue for (mostly) outdoor sports, concerts, or other events and consists of a field or stage either partly or completely surrounded by a structure designed to allow spectators to stand or sit and view the event.

lol, and you don't see that your definition of a stadium fits wholly into the definition for an arena???

so again, what is the difference????

Edit: I took your advice and looked it up and this is what I found
Arena: Stadium, Sports Stadium, Amphitheater, Ballpark, Dome, Coliseum, Field House etc etc.
