Oh that...oh ok...yeah, then I agree, Ive always wondered why they would put that on top of a hospital. Even when they were building it I wondered what the hell they were doing. It looks nice, just weird that its on top of the hospital. But then again, there's a mall right across the street from the hospital as well. Go figure.
